I’ve been testing Superior Casino’s services for quite some time now, so I’ve decided to present you with my own Superior Casino review. In here, you’ll find all the info you need on their games library, creating an account, customer support, banking, and much, much more. Join me for the next couple minutes, and learn from my experience before you start your Superior ride.

A little bit about Superior Casino
Superior Casino is an online gambling platform dating back to 2006. With over ten years of experience in the online gambling industry, the operator stands as one of the oldest that is still running. A lot has changed in that time and Superior Casino made sure that they always stay one step ahead of their competition. It’s not surprising that they’ve recently started accepting Bitcoin. Of course, there is a lot more to this casino and we have inspected every part of it. So, let’s see what we have found.
- A generous starting bonus
- Instant BTC banking
- Rich games library
- Helpful customer support
- Tight security
- Outdated visuals
- High minimum deposit
Before you can enjoy all the games, you’ll have to create an account. Let’s, then, start this Superior Casino review with the registration walkthrough. When you find yourself on their website, you should be able to see a small Register Now button. It is located on the top right corner of the page. When you click on it, there will be four steps you’ll need to complete:
- You’ll see a page that asks you whether you want to play for real or for fun, the latter meaning there’s no depositing involved. We will be covering the former process.
- When you click on the “Play for Real” button, Superior Casino online will ask you for your email, desired username, and password.
- After that, you are required to enter your personal info, such as name and date of birth.
- In the last step, you’ll have to enter your country of residence. Then tick the box next to the legal gambling age query, and click on register.
- You will be sent an email, but it has no verification links in it, so you can start playing right away!
Right from the start of this Superior Casino review, I have to be harsh. The interface at Superior Casino is kind of inconsistent. First, there is the regular home page that features information about the games library, promotions, banking, legal matters, and all the other necessary things. It looks decent and up-to-date when it comes to web-design and aesthetics. However, once you click on that login button, you find yourself on your own account page and everything there appears completely different and kind of old—and that is something you won’t find on any other Superior Casino reviews out there. After a little bit of research, we find out that Rival Games is behind the unappealing personal homepage, so they are the ones who deserve criticism, not the casino.
The overall experience on your personal homepage can be compared to visiting any of those ancient AOL websites from the late 90s. This is quite odd, especially for a website launched in 2006. On top of it all, various pages inside are also inconsistent in look or style. The whole page gives off a quaint, cheap vibe. However, this is not the casino's fault. Rival Gaming are the ones that provided them with software including the outdated homepage. For example, you can check any of the top-rated Bitcoin casinos and see the difference.
The layout is fairly simple. There are boxes where you can search for games by type, name, date of release, and popularity. The bottom left side contains the Cashier button and your balance. On the right side of the page, you will find a live chat dialogue box.
If you, for any reason, want to play the games from your desktop, you’ll be glad to hear that there is a Superior Casino desktop app that you can download from their website. The best thing about it is that it’s also compatible with iOS and Android. The look is pretty much the same. Although present in the desktop, some games are missing from the mobile versions. However, it’s safe to say that it runs even faster and more fluidly than the browser version.
However, I have to note the total absence of the live chat option on your personal homepage, which is probably one of the biggest flaws in this Superior Casino review. You can find it anywhere else on the website except where it’s needed the most.
What About the Games?
Whatever interface “flaws” Superior Casino might have, they are all overshadowed by the enormous games library and various game types. All the games are divided by type in various subsections. You can access them by clicking on the drop-down menu on the left side. Bear in mind that, with the exception of table and live games, you can play the games for free. If you want to access the Superior Casino games with no deposit involved, just return to the login page and select the Play for Fun option.
As for the types, they have 205 slots (all divided into 3 Reel, 3D, and Video slots), 12 table, 8 video poker, 4 bingo, and 8 scratch games. The video poker section mostly contains multiple variations of poker. In there you can find tens or better and hold ’em, all of them having pretty much the same interface. Inside table games, you’ll find various blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and craps games.
Here’s a fact you won’t find on any other Superior Casino reviews out there because it requires a little bit of digging: On the bottom right corner of the page you’ll find a live dealer games section. Once you click on it, a window appears in which you can choose between six different baccarat and roulette games.
Last, there are 12 bingo and scratch games in total, all tucked in under the Specialty section. I’ve tried the games from each section. Not even once did I experience lags, crashes, breakdowns, or any problems with the games. If you’re still not convinced, you can visit the Superior Casino download page to get yourself a copy of the desktop app.
Are They Fair?
The first thing that interested me when I started my journey at Superior Casino was the fairness. If you go on and visit the casino games page on their homepage, you’ll find them telling you how their Random Number Generator is third-party tested and approved and how they have no way of influencing it. Indeed, since day one, Superior Casino has been partnered with Rival Games, who provides software both for Superior Casino and its sister sites like 24VIP casino. The layout is pretty much the same as the one at 24VIP casino, and if you want to compare, you can check out our review here.
Rival Games is known for its strong platforms, in-house developed software, and for being the inventor of the famous i-Slots. i-Slots are unique because they let you progress through a storyline while playing a slot. However, it’s not the only provider, since Superior hosts some BetSoft games and Vivo Gaming live casino software, but the ones powered by Rival are guaranteed to be fair.
As mentioned above, Superior Casino’s downloadable software is compatible with all mobile operating systems that are currently present, so there’s no need for a special Superior Casino mobile app. Simply go to their download page from your mobile device, hit the download button, and wait for it to install. In the meantime, the app will give you the option to sign in, so you won’t waste any precious time.
Currencies, Banking Methods, and Limits
In my experience with the Superior Casino, I can safely say I’ve never had any problems with banking at their website. If you’re a BTC-wallet user like myself, I’ve compiled a couple of hints you won’t find in any other Superior Casino review in 2018.
Whenever you decide to deposit, just click on the cashier button in the bottom left corner of the page. A page will pop up in the middle of the screen where you can choose the depositing or withdrawing. Outside of Bitcoin, depositing methods include Visa, Mastercard, Eco, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Cashlib, or E-Wallet.
Superior Casino will let you enter the desired amount and then present you with a BTC address that you have to copy into your E-Wallet, and you’re done! Compare their banking to any other website, and you can see it’s quite a breeze. However, Superior Casino offers payments in only five currencies: US dollars, Australian dollars, British pounds, South African rands, Euros, and, of course, Bitcoin. The minimum deposit you can make is $25, and both deposits and withdrawals are instant.
Bonuses and Promotions
SuperiorCasino has a great starting bonus to claim on your first deposit for all of you who, like me, use BTC on your gambling adventures. All you need to do is make a deposit using Bitcoin, and they will give you 275% of your initial deposit for free. Just an FYI, you have to wager that amount 33 times before you can cash it out and take it home.
Other bonuses are not that impressive. Most of them are welcome bonuses that are tied to slots. If you at any point decide to play any other game, for example American or European roulette, the bonus won’t count to your wagering requirements. They’re nice if you know what you want, but a bad choice for an adventurer. If casino your choice of gaming, you can check out dedicated Casino Games Match Bonuses.
A great little perk that’s worth mentioning is there are no Superior Casino bonus codes in 2018, so you won’t be forced to hunt for them all over the site. You can claim all the bonuses from the cashier's page. In the end, there is a nice Refer a Friend Bonus, where you get $50 if your friend mentions you in their registration process.
If you’re looking for some progressive challenges or bonuses, there is a rich Superior loyalty club that is divided in four levels. You acquire the first level from day one The more you play and deposit the more you become eligible for the upgrade. For comparison sake: primary level grants you 10% cashback, while the ultimate level – Elite- gets you 20%cashback, weekly gifts, and much more.
Apart from the VIP club, Superior casino has another mean of enticing loyalty. All customers that play for real money can expect to receive comp points. You can exchange your comp points for real cash at a rate of 1000 comp points = $1.
Supported Languages, Restrictions, and Licenses
The website comes in eight languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, and Arabic. As for the restrictions, you can not access the website, nor any of their games, if you are from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Estonia, Guam, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Netherlands Antilles, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Syria, Turkmenistan or Virgin Islands (U.S.)
Security and Customer Support
Their website has only two customer support options: live chat and email. There’s no Superior Casino phone number you can call if you deem your problem too urgent. However, the live chat team is impeccable. Whenever I contacted them, they would answer within minutes at worst and would always offer a helpful and useful answer.
As for the security, all of the games are handled by Rival Games Software. This means that there’s no meddling from the casino’s side. Your personal data is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption software, so there’s nothing to worry about when it comes to your privacy.
In the end, the decision to play is yours. We hope this Superior Casino review cleared up some of your doubts and helped you make the right choice.
